REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY: FULL REFUND MINUS $75 PROCESSING FEE UP TO JANUARY 27; HALF REFUND UP TO FEBRUARY 3; NO REFUND AFTER FEBRUARY 3.  CANCELLATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN WRITING.
 
The NCOIL room block is full, though additional rooms may become available after February 6.
