restricted to legislators from NCOIL-member states.
NCOIL conference attendees may temporarily view model laws and
resolutions considered at the meeting they attended by visiting the
Committee Activities pages and using their registrant passwords to
access those documents via the NCOIL committee minutes and meeting
report.
